free shipping on all orders of $95 or more (before taxes and after discounts). orders under $95 will benefit from the flat rate of $11.95.

SHIPPING - USA
free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes and after discounts). orders under $200 CAD will benefit from the flat rate of $20 CAD.

DELIVERY TIMES
we generally prepare your orders in 3 to 5 business days, plus 2 to 7 business days for shipping, depending on the address. additional delays are to be expected during busy periods (black friday, holiday season, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
