returns & exchanges

if any of our products do not suit you, we accept returns and exchanges within 21 days from the date of purchase — both for online store orders and purchases in our physical stores or temporary pop-up.

 

returns will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions*:

  • the product was purchased at full price (discounted products are non refundable)
  • the product and its packaging are in like-new condition (unused and undamaged)
  • the product is still available for sale (not discontinued)

for online purchases, if the product meets all the above conditions, submit your return request by clicking on the profile icon on our website and logging into your account by entering your email address, then follow the verification steps

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (fixed fee of $11.95** + taxes) - a return label will then be provided to you, and it is your responsibility to drop off the package at a Canada Post depot near you, ensuring that the package is well packaged and protected until it reaches our warehouse


all broken or damaged products cannot be refunded or exchanged


once the return is received at our warehouse and inspected to our satisfaction by our team, we will refund the cost of the product as well as the taxes on the card used for payment


delivery fees are not refundable under any circumstances


due to customs regulations, we cannot accept international returns and exchanges

there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges possible on products purchased on sale or during sales events like black friday/cyber monday/boxing day

for exchanges, the returned product will be exchanged for a product or set of products whose total purchase amount before taxes is at least equal to the pre-tax price of the returned product.


we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions mentioned above

*for products purchased through an authorized retailer, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items that were not purchased on www.sojaco.ca or at an official SOJA&CO. location


**SOJA&CO reserves the right to refuse a return or to adjust the fixed return fee if a return is made from a remote region causing an increase in shipping rates
