instructions:

insert the sticks (one at a time) into the container to soak up the fragrance, and place in a small to medium room. for best results, invert the sticks upside down once a week and replace them once a month or as needed. do not ignite the sticks!

shipping is free on all orders $100+3 (before taxes and after discounts). orders of less than $100 will benefit from a fixed rate of $15.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
we will prepare your orders within 3 to 5 business days, to which is added 2 to 7 days for shipping based on your location. additional delays can be anticipated during busy periods (black friday, holiday season, etc.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
products purchased at full price and that are in new condition (unused and in the original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. please contact us at support@sojaco.ca to organize the return.
