the day is gray and melancholic, but wrapped up under the blankets in front of the fireplace, we find comfort. latte in one hand, book in the other, the scent of caramel and whipped cream gently rock the reading of each word. without warning, the room lights up slightly. through the window, the floor is now covered with a white carpet. in the same way that one savors the first sip of a coffee, one takes in the sight of snowflakes sliding in the wind — with excitement and gratitude.

candles burning time:
2oz — 12hrs
4oz — 25hrs
8oz — 50hrs

during the first use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch (cotton wicks) or 1/8 inch (wooden wicks) and allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is melted (maximum 4 hours). trim the wick again before each subsequent use. it is very important to refocus the wick after the use of the candle (when the wax is still melted) to avoid the cracking of the glass.

shipping is free on all orders $85+ (before taxes and after discounts). orders of less than $85 will benefit from a fixed rate of $11.95.

shipping is free on all orders $100+3 (before taxes and after discounts). orders of less than $100 will benefit from a fixed rate of $15.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
we will prepare your orders within 3 to 5 business days, to which is added 2 to 7 days for shipping based on your location. additional delays can be anticipated during busy periods (black friday, holiday season, etc.)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
products purchased at full price and that are in new condition (unused and in the original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable. please contact us at support@sojaco.ca to organize the return.
