the chalet allows you to escape the daily grind, to put your routine on hold and enjoy every moment. it is filled with precious family memories and it awakens all those magical moments spent playing cards near the fireplace after a long adventurous walk into the forest that surrounds us. a warm and comforting atmosphere revealed by amber allows us to return to the source, in the comfort of our cozy nest.

candles burning time:
2oz — 12hrs
4oz — 25hrs
8oz — 50hrs

during the first use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch (cotton wicks) or 1/8 inch (wooden wicks) and allow the candle to burn until the entire surface is melted (maximum 4 hours). trim the wick again before each subsequent use. it is very important to refocus the wick after the use of the candle (when the wax is still melted) to avoid the cracking of the glass.

free shipping on all orders of $95 or more (before taxes and after discounts). orders under $95 will benefit from the flat rate of $11.95.

SHIPPING - USA
free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes and after discounts). orders under $200 CAD will benefit from the flat rate of $20 CAD.

DELIVERY TIMES
we generally prepare your orders in 3 to 5 business days, plus 2 to 7 business days for shipping, depending on the address. additional delays are to be expected during busy periods (black friday, holiday season, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
products purchased at full price and in new condition (unused and in original packaging) may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. return shipping charges are at the buyer's expense, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. please contact us at support@sojaco.ca to arrange return shipping.
