Free shipping on all orders of $65 and over (before tax and after discounts). Orders under $65 will benefit from a flat rate of $11.95.

SHIPPING - USA
Shipping fees to the United States are $25 USD (flat rate) for orders of $150 USD and under, and 15% of the package value for orders over $150 USD (before tax and after discounts).

DELIVERY TIMES
We generally prepare your orders within 3 to 5 business days, plus 2 to 7 business days for shipping depending on the address. Additional delays are to be expected during busy periods (Black Friday, holiday season, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Full-price products that are in new condition (unused and in original packaging) can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us at support@sojaco.ca to arrange the return.
