the SOJA CARE protection is here to give you peace of mind from start to finish. it applies in situations such as:

  • package lost during delivery
  • package stolen (from your doorstep, mailbox, or building entrance)
  • package damaged during transit
  • delivery error caused by the carrier (incorrect address on their end)

in all these cases, you’ll receive a full replacement or refund — your choice, always hassle-free

What's not covered

to ensure fair and transparent handling, some situations unfortunately aren’t eligible for SOJA CARE protection:

  • when the address provided at checkout contains an error
  • if the package is refused by the recipient at delivery
  • if the package is not picked up at the post office after notice
  • if a product is damaged after it has been received by the customer
  • if a product that has already been used or consumed is later declared damaged

you can expect a response from our team within 48 business hours after submitting your claim through our returns portal.

we review each request carefully to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.

SOJA CARE Protection is non-refundable. because it takes effect as soon as your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded afterward.

for now, the SOJA CARE Protection is available only in Canada.
