The Rose + Champagne Mimosa — Festive Version

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 2 oz fresh orange juice

  • 1 oz peach nectar or peach juice

  • 3 oz champagne or sparkling wine of your choice (rosé or white, depending on your mood)
    (Non-alcoholic option: swap for your favourite alcohol-free sparkling wine)

  • Festive ice cubes with pomegranate, rosemary, star anise and orange slices

  • (Optional) edible rose petals for an extra-cute finishing touch

 


 

How to Make Your Festive Ice Cubes

A tiny detail that makes all the difference:

  • Add to each section of your ice tray:

    • a few pomegranate arils

    • a mini sprig of rosemary

    • a small piece of star anise

    • a thin slice of orange

  • Fill gently with water.

  • Freeze for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

That’s it — beautifully festive ice cubes ready to elevate your mimosa.

 


 

Mimosa Preparation

  • In a coupe or glass, pour the orange juice and peach nectar.

  • Gently top with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.

  • Drop in one or two festive ice cubes for an instant “wow” effect.

  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a few rose petals, if you’d like to push the look even further.
