A fresh, festive cocktail made with local Québec spirits, designed to match the crisp, uplifting vibe of Pine + Basil.
Your Pine + Basil Cocktail (or Mocktail!) 🍸🌿
Ingredients

2 oz Québec gin (we love Nordic Gin from BluePearl, or Menaud for their boreal, foresty profile)
(Mocktail option: swap for a Québec alcohol-free gin like Noroi 0% — or a trendy option like HP Juniper Zero) -
1 oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup

4 to 6 fresh basil leaves

2–3 drops of spruce extract
(or a tiny sprig of fresh spruce if you have some!) -
Sparkling water

Ice

Basil leaf or small pine sprig, for garnish
Instructions

In a shaker, add the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, basil and spruce extract.

Add ice and shake well to release all those delicious basil aromas.

Strain into a glass filled with ice.

Top with a splash of sparkling water for a fresh, light finish.
