DELIVERY TIMES
we generally prepare your orders in 3 to 5 business days, plus 2 to 7 business days for shipping, depending on the address. additional delays are to be expected during busy periods (black friday, holiday season, etc.).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

On first use, trim the wick to ¼ inch and let the candle burn until the entire surface has melted (maximum of 1 hour), to prevent tunneling. Trim the wick again before each subsequent use. Never burn the candle for more than one hour at a time. Never leave the candle unattended. Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
